Smile
Smile.
Everyday, that's all my mom tells me.
"Smile! You've got everything going for you, other people have it much worse"
So I smile.
Everyday.
Because I don't want to let her or the people around me down.
But when I bring it up it's suddenly:
"You should talk to someone"
But the last time I did someone called me a spoiled b*tch and a crybaby.
So I won't do that anymore.
I wear the mask,
And I pretend everything's alright,
ANd when I'm finally alone,
I wash it off and I die a little more.
In the morning, I'll put it back on,
And
I'll
Smile.
