Emotions
Every minute of everyday I feel a emotion.
Of all the emotions possible to feel
I have felt them all at least once.
Whether wanted or not they are felt.
Walking; I’m slowly pulling, dragging
myself away from whatever painful is behind me.
Running; Carefree, I’m faster and faster,
Gaining the freedom I so long for.
Sleeping; It’s back. Swirling, surrounding
Every inch of my mind and body
Reading; I’m gone. I’m lost in words of book.
Enveloped by the great descriptions
and words of the author.
Cliff; I…
Wait “Cliff”?!
Yes, Cliff…..
I jumped.
Landing in the ocean,
I let the strong but soothing power
Of God’s great ocean take me away.
