moments of terror

i try to sleep
but i can't
knowing you'll creep
i never asked you to be in my heart
so i went off like a breach
you go too far
so i don't bother to reach
i screech
when you laid your rough hand across my cheek
i can't anymore
you're too much to bear
i would've told you
but you don't even care
i try to forget
because you're a regret
i should've never let you in
but i thought it would be a win
i'll remember our good moments together
but i'll never forget
those moments of terror
