Sleep Unwilling to come
She cannot sleep
She turns to look out her window
With no sign of being able to sleep
She gives up hope
She turns to look out her window
So frustrated and she starts to see the sun come up
She gives up hope
She tries to bore herself with book after book
So frustrated and she starts to see the sun come up
And lays in the dark room as it starts to light up
She tries to bore herself book after book
She gives up and get up to start the day wishing she had gotten some sleep
She thinks maybe tonight will be different
but deep down she knows it will be the same battle as the night before
She just wants sleep.
She just wishes she could shut her mind off long enough to get some sleep.
