G ive everything until there is no life left in your hollow, thin frame

I magine a world where your body is full of life and wonder

R elish in your dreams, your wishes guarded like butterflies in your ribcage

L ose yourself–your thoughts, dreams, hopes–trying to be someone else

H old on tight to a past long departed, but happiness is lost in the violent breeze

O nly sadness left for a girlhood that wasn't quite long enough

O pportunities lost in time, despair spins cobwebs through your bones

D arkness consumes your soul, a pain so deep that you can’t let go
