images, images, images
One of the many things in life that is almost impossible to escape
As for me, it was the pre-conceived notion that hockey players are dumb
Strategy, skill, teamwork…and yet the image stays the same
There is more to the game than brute force
Images may always be there
But images can be overlooked
As people, if we just see past what is on the surface
It would open up a world of so many possibilities

I play hockey and have often been looked at as dumb because of this. It is unfair that just because I play a sport I am looked at as any less smart
