The Powerful Tiger
I am the powerful tiger that sleeps up in the tree
Peaceful and happy with its kin.
The powerful tiger who knows what’s best not to mess with
Choosing its battles instead of being reckless
The powerful tiger looks over its domain
That beautiful jungle
Never in vain
That powerful tiger walks the ground
Its small little cubs dancing around
The powerful tiger never needs to hide
For it loves it kingdom
With all heart, soul, and mind
The powerful tiger watches over the weak
Only preying upon what it can eat
The powerful tiger
All graceful and free
Wouldn’t you wish you were more like me
I am the powerless tiger that weeps for the trees
All lost in the world of destruction
The powerless tiger who has lost in all battles
No more home to go back to
The powerless tiger who lost its domain
That screaming jungle
constantly in pain
That powerless tiger who fights for its ground
Its small little cubs taken and drowned
The powerless tiger who always needs to hide
Forgiving its kingdom
With all heart, soul and mind
The powerless tiger soon turned so weak
Predator to prey in just a short week
That powerless tiger
Caged up with a key
Never again will you ever see me…
