Small Strands of Faith
Faker and faker
each time they see
How do I know they're falling in love with me?
Through pre-recorder words
I see myself
Through my tears, I see
is there some hope still left in me?
I feel great when it's bright
yet it comes back every night
small strands of faith
I can never reach
and when they finally see
will they still fall in love with me?

I've had a lot of insecurities growing up. Some are gone, and some still plague me to this day. I've had the beginning part of this poem for a while, I just never knew how to finish it. I think it's a very good representation of my feelings...It feels so good to write about this and get it out there.
