My Girl
I have a girl who owns my very heart.
She means the world to me.
It started with her eyes, blue-green like the sea.
Her entire being is a beautiful piece of art.
I'll go on forever about her, don't make me start!
Oh watch me giggle in glee,
As I read to her fine poetry,
As I watch her lips, stained like a tart.
Alas, our fine love caught.
And our love is yearned to be separated.
Sadly, society remains unfair...
Oh how the world seems so draught.
They let our love be debated.
Forever, we live in our state of shock, a scare.
